The application process for either the Master of Science in Patient Safety Leadership or the Graduate Certificate in Patient Safety, Error Science and Full Disclosure involves several steps.
You will be required to submit a number of documents. Some, such as unofficial transcripts, you will gather. Others, like your personal statement, you will create. All must be uploaded via a secure online portal.
An application fee will also be required.
